Lieutenant Colonel Lee F. Schram retired from the United States Marine Corps in 2013 after more than 26 years of active service. Commissioned in 1987, he served in a variety of operational, leadership, requirements, and educational assignments, including two tours in VMA-211 “Wake Island Avengers,” Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1) as the Harrier Division Head and TACAIR Department Head, HQMC Aviation Weapons Requirements (APW), Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Joint Program Office F-35 A/B/C Air Systems Requirements. Naval Warfare Development Command (NWDC) and Senior Military Instructor at the US Naval War College.

LtCol Schram holds a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, a Master of Science in Financial Planning from Kansas State University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Following his military career, he is currently a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones and serves as the Financial Officer for The Harrier Association.
